Y-a-w-n.....missed a few days, but it's been a busy weekend so we'll try to catch up.

Snetterton was a wash-out. What a pain...it started raining around midnight and hadn't stopped by 1:00pm when they called the 4-hour race off. The morning races had long been cancelled, it was inevitable and just a pity that the MGCC took so long to decide. So a 400 mile round-trip just for a Noggin'n'Natter...bum, could have done with the day at home.

Quite funny to watch some things though. As the water climbed up, like the flood scene in Winnie-the-Pooh, towards my car, kids on bicycles created bow waves through the water. One car drove through with the water lapping at its bodywork, several pits were totally flooded and quite frankly it was clear there was going to be no racing. Shame.

Teaching on the SKID CAR today, group of 3 coming down from the Forest of Dean. Family group, should be a good day. I like these, they're quite an eye-opener for the drivers.

Then it's back to the shopping cart grindstone...nearly there, final push and we should be ab;e to go live for the weekend. Woo-hoo!

Oh, off to Mallory on Sunday...hope my jinx doesn't strike again.
